Qualification and experience:
- BE - Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years relevant experience
Skills and Competency:
- Establish and organize preventive maintenance section for all equipment e.g. machines, electrical instruments etc
- Device budgets of all floors for mechanical/electrical needs
- To control cost and quality of required replacement parts/equipments
- Establish smart maintenance techniques in order to minimize the downtime
- To mobilize monitor available manpower to rationalize all available resources
- To create audit system of all relevant activities
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to deal with several assignments simultaneously
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Extensive knowledge of MS-Office
- Must have good stress time management Skill
- Must possess strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Must be organized, able to prioritize and multi-task, work in a team environment and give direction sub-ordinates peers.
- Must be results-oriented and a self-starter
- Other tasks as assigned by the line manager
