Job Description:

Mechanical Technician

Well familiar with all type of commercially/industrially used genset Like Perkins, Cater Pillar, Cummins and John Deere etc.

Minor repairing Like Head Gas kit replacement, Alternator coupling Plate replacement.

Complete and Major Overhauling of Genset of any type.

FIP replacement and adjustment of RPMS of both type Manual and ECM.

Preemptive maintenance of genset (Safe Replacement of all consumable parts like Air ,Fuel and Oil Filters and Lube Oil)

Checking of Major parts like turbo charger, Water/Fuel separator, Water Pump , Oil Pump and Radiator.

Should be able to perform all genset test like, Oil Pressure test, Temperature test and Vibration test.

Required Skills:

Awareness in Microsoft Excel and Basic Official Tools.
