| Job Description: |
- Investigating & troubleshooting data network fault in local and wide area environment.
- Assist in Linux(centos)and window administration.
- Network support related issue,coordination with clients through emails & call to identify and reslove their issues.
- Handling CRM related issue.
- Responding to breakdowns.
- Remote support of on-site engineer users/customer during installation.
- Installing and configuring Hardware and software systems.
- Provide configurations,troubleshooting and best practices to customers.
- Managing support cases to ensure issues recorded,tracked,resloved and follow ups are done in timely manner.
- Work with seniors/Team Lead system engineers to undertstand and implement IT infrastructure.
Nice to have: Knowledge & experience with Linux OS. |

Computer Networking installation.

IT support to customers.
RHCE/Asterisk training would be an additional qualification.
