The Information Technology Innovation Group at Bank AL Habib Is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for full cycle recruitment process for our software engineering team and also perform HR generalist duties. The selected candidate will get an opportunity to improve recruitment processes, execute creative sourcing plans and be a sparring partner for hiring managers.
The Bank will provide market based compensation along with congenial and conducive professional working environment. Professionals having IT Company experience shall be preferred.
Role General Skills:
Execution of all aspects of high volume full cycle recruitment from job description to offer and the on boarding process
Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives, develop and execute recruiting plans
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Accountable for creating and maintaining a technical talent database, including but not limited to hard to fill and niche positions
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, vendors and HR team to create a strong partnership
Assume HR Generalist responsibilities which may include employee relations, team building, employee motivation and lead employee on-boarding process
Technical Skills:
Well versed with MS Office Suite etc.
Education Experience:
Bachelors or Masters Degree
At least 3 years of direct full cycle recruiting experience in a technology environment
Knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies
Social media savvy, ability to leverage social media to identify and source top talent
Excellent marketing, communication and presentation skills
Detail oriented and highly organized with time management and prioritization skills
