| IMPORTANT NOTE:
The job is PERMANENTLY in Night Shift (09:00 PM to 06:00 AM) and the candidate will must work in US timings. Company will offer an excellent remuneration package with health insurance facility. The offer package is subjective to the candidates academic technical qualification, professional experience and personal ability. DT Solutions, a US based E-Commerce business company is looking for an experienced Sales Research Executive (E-Commerce) for its web orders processing, product purchasing and product research analysis. The candidate must have at least a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and having 2 plus years of professional experience related to online web sales and research. The candidate must dealing with the following responsibilities and having the following listed functional skill sets:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with sales manager regarding daily order reports, individual sale, and customer corresponding
- Process web orders through CRM
- Provide support to remote sales office staff where necessary
- Effectively and appropriately interact and communicate with the warehouse
- Follow up with customers regarding order confirmation
- Follow through on customer disputes until resolved
- Regularly reviews and reconciles reports to identify potential customer issues.
- Responding to customer emails in a high volume environment
- Creating sales is an additional advantage
Functional Skills:
- Highly Detailed Oriented and having Strong organization skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent use of internet and searching skills (Internet based research)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office specially MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong Email drafting skills
- Self-learner and self-starter
- Utilize time effectively and efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a Graduate (Preferred: BS, BCS, IT Graduate) from an accredited college or university
- One plus years of experience is preferred (Fresh candidates will also encouraged to apply for this position)
