Job Description:

Manage the progress of special projects as assigned by Manager Franchise Operations
Gather feedback from key stakeholders and develop follow up mechanism to implement corrective actions
Oversee Process Management, suggest and implement improvements
Responsible for permanent project management interface for S&D
Respond to queries from GR in consultation with sales management
Handle end to end roll out of Bio Metric Verification system

Essential Skills

Hands on experience in Sales operations
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
Effective negotiation skills
Franchise Management Experience
