Job Description: |
We have the following position available.
a) Personal Secretary:
You will be required to:
- Greet clients.
- Coordinate with clients on issues related to their orders.
- Ensure all of the CEO's files are up to date.
- Take the calls for CEOs.
- Maintain the CEO's appointment diary.
- Organize and arrange appointments.
- Maintain schedules and calendars
- Take Dictation from CEO and correspond with clients on email.
- Any Other Taska assigned.
- Work on the system to create job orders as and when required.
