Job Description:

We have the following position available.

a) Personal Secretary:

You will be required to:

  • Greet clients.
  • Coordinate with clients on issues related to their orders.
  • Ensure all of the CEO's files are up to date.
  • Take the calls for CEOs.
  • Maintain the CEO's appointment diary.
  • Organize and arrange appointments.
  • Maintain schedules and calendars
  • Take Dictation from CEO and correspond with clients on email.
  • Any Other Taska assigned.
  • Work on the system to create job orders as and when required.
