Job Description:

The ideal candidate should:

  • Hold at a Bachelors degree, MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience in the relevant field.

Job Description:

  • Maintain year to date analysis report (zone wise) of franchise support; CSS, RAM, bi- monthly, mystery shopping.
  • Ensure monthly regional visit plans are submitted and proper records are maintained.
  • Monitor and coordinate with CC help desk/PMO/technical teams regarding network related issues and follow up with them till resolution.
  • Conduct weekly meeting with tech, collect discussion points from the regional teams and circulate the MOMs of these meetings across the management.
  • Maintain backup of franchise support executive.
  • Take calls from both the channels MSP and franchises, getting the issues escalated and resolved.
  • Supervise the hiring process and coordinate with HR and CC management in getting timely completion of the cases.
  • Coordinate with the regional teams for the arrangements of training sessions and meetings /award ceremonies at regional level.
  • Prepare presentations /reports for the meetings.
  • Keep record of regional franchise support staff and the franchise CCRs profiles along with the monthly terminations and new hirings at the franchise points.
  • Coordinate with FSEs and SIM team for SIM dispatch/management for both MSP and franchise channel.
  • Ensure timely updates of reconciled data in the SIM portal.
  • Coordinate with QAST, CC support teams for issues escalations and GC resolutions for MSP and franchise channel.
  • Assist RM-CC in his daily interdepartmental/intradepartmental coordination
