| Job Description: |
- Diverse nature of tasks ranging from Technical (e.g. tasks related to server upgrades/management, getting SSL certificates issued, etc.) to Financial (e.g. negotiating with a vendor on discount or researching economical vendors) to Business Development (hunting similar vendors when samples are provided; approaching various companies or performing follow-ups or conversing with potential or existing business partners / vendors; and preparing feature comparison for Director review etc).
- Following up with end users or collaborating with System Admin, Technical Sales Support, Development or other teams on behalf of Director on various assigned tasks.
- Performing competition analysis on provided parameters and/or guidelines.
- Liaise with outsourced service vendors and partners.
- Perform Quality Assurance on Smartphone apps, web applications, software and tutorials on need basis.
- Be able to efficiently and single-handedly handle various day-to-day operational challenges involving various in-house or global parties, in close coordination with Directors.
