| Job Description: |
| The ideal candidate should:
- Hold at least a Bachelors Degree (IT; Computer Sciences or Engineering). Masters will be a preferred
- Have 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
Job Description:
- Ensure establishment of new requirements and concept evaluation
- Formalize Requirement and Functional Specifications by team and translate into plans
- Responsible for testing of products/tariffs in CRM and Charging systems.
- Manage identification and follow up of known issues to ensure resolution
- Support for business functions and other ad-hoc requests.
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of Ericsson charging system
- Understanding of SQL
- MS Office especially Excel, Power Point, Visio.
- Strong analytical Skills.
- Sound communication skills coordination skills.
Desirable Skills
- Good knowledge of Telecommunication infrastructure (Roles of IN, Mediation, Provisioning, Payments, RA, CRM and DWH systems).
- Tariff knowledge and understanding
