Job Description:

The Ideal candidate should:

Hold at least a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Masters will be preferred
Have at least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:

Provide services to SMEs/individual club tagged accounts.
Generate sale of new postpaid connections.
Manage data entry of new sales.
Oversee account management and retention of assigned SMEs/individual accounts.
Monitor accounts for outstanding invoices and follow up for timely payments.
Document all necessary entries in relevant systems (CRM etc.).
Promote new product and services to corporate customers.
Provide back-end support to the assigned team.
Act as back-up for CAMs when they are on leave.
Manage pre to postpaid conversions.
Oversee change of SIMS.
Entertain walk-in customers for club cams out of city for Lahore/Karachi.
Conduct visits to clients.

Essential Skills:

Good relationship management skills
Strong communication skills (written / verbal)
Good negotiation skills

Desirable Skills:

Good presentation and selling skills
Knowledge of CRM (Seibel)
